Please note that our regular service coverage area is within the Nelson city limits.  However, if the cleaning site is located just outside the city limits, a Distance Fee of $1.75 per kilometer will apply.  The fee is calculated based on the one-way driving distance from the Nelson Cleaning Services office in town to your location. 1)  Scheduled Cleaning:  $45/hour + GST (2 hours Minimum)

a.  Weekly Cleaning -  Yes or No

b.  Bi-Weekly (Every other week) Cleaning -  Yes or No

c.   Monthly Cleaning - Yes or No

d.  Occasional Cleaning - Yes or No

2)  One time Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Gift Cleaning, Move in/out, Pre/Post-Sale, and Post-Reno/Construction Cleaning: $60/hr + GST

• We will come to clean your space anytime between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Mon-Friday - are you ok with this?  Yes or No

• Have you had a cleaner before?  If so, when was the last time s/he/they came to clean your house?  

• Could you please prepare the house by picking up items from the floors and surfaces that need cleaning?  This will help ensure a more productive and smooth cleaning session when we arrive?  Yes or No

• How did you find out about our service - Google ads or referral from your friend/family?  If your friend or family recommended our service, please let me know so we can thank her/him/them properly  

• Required just for the first-time clients:  Are you available to give us a tour of your place before the cleaning begins and do a walkthrough after the first cleaning is completed?

If not, unfortunately, we cannot offer you our service as this is the best way to ensure your satisfaction :)

• Your satisfaction is our priority.  We believe in clear, mindful, and caring communication on both ends—before, during, and after each cleaning—to ensure we meet your expectations and that you fully understand what we can and cannot do.  If any areas are missed, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will return to address them, rather than simply issuing a refund :)
